Along with the proper nutrition and rest children need exercise to be ready to learn.
Keep your child well rounded for learning by providing daily exercise. Children as well as adults need daily exercise to keep their minds active and able to focus.Make sure your child plays outside everyday, running, riding bikes, jumping and laughing are all very necessary elements of everyone’s day. A healthy body leads to a healthy mind. Remember when choosing a backpack for your child that the bag and its contents should never weigh more that 15% of your child weight. Pick a backpack with a waist belt that can be fastened in the front so the weight is distributed off the child’s back.
